This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between IFIT FITNESS CLUB LLC OPC (hereinafter referred to as the "Gym") and the undersigned member (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") on this [Date].
1. Membership Agreement:
The Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Payment of Dues:
The Member shall pay their membership dues in advance as per the subscription plan chosen. Renewal payments must be made on time, as the Gym will not permit entry without payment.
3. Facilities Available:
The Gym provides various facilities, including Gym, Pool, Dance studio, Steam, and Sauna. The Member will have access to these facilities based on the purchase of subscriptions.
4. Refund Policy:
Refund is available only up to 3 days after registration. The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other individual.
5. Membership Freeze Policy:
Membership freezing is available for up to 15 days (minimum 5 days) for 1-month and 3-month memberships, and up to 30 days (minimum 5 days) for 6-month and 12-month memberships. Your membership will auto-activate after this period and expire accordingly. There is no charge for freezing. This option is available only once during the membership term.
6. Children Policy:
Children below 13 years are strictly not permitted in the gym. Children aged 13-16 years are permitted with our "Parental Consent Form" being signed and must follow the instructions of our trainers at all times.
7. Pool Usage:
The pool does not have a lifeguard. Therefore, you are swimming at your own risk. Appropriate swimwear is required. A swim cap is mandatory for females. No oils or lotions are allowed. No food or drinks other than water.
8. Rules and Responsibilities:
The Member agrees to follow all safety guidelines, regulations, and the Gym's dress code. Consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or similar substances is strictly prohibited within the Gym's premises. The Member must also clean the equipment after use, re-rack weights, and follow the facility guidelines. No food is allowed.
9. Termination for Non-Compliance:
Any members that do not follow the facility regulations or staff guidance will be immediately terminated without a refund.
10. Assumption of Risk:
The Member understands and agrees that fitness activities involve certain risks. By accepting this contract, the Member takes full responsibility for any potential harm, including injury, illness, or death, that may occur while using the Gym's facilities or participating in any activities.
11. Outstanding Payments:
In the event the Member decides to terminate or discontinue their membership, they must clear any outstanding dues or commitments within 30 days. Failure to do so may result in legal action by the Gym.
12. Lost or Stolen Items:
The Gym shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items within its premises. The Member is advised to keep their personal belongings safe and secure.
13. Damage Liability:
The Member is responsible for any damage caused to the Gym's equipment or premises.
14. CCTV Monitoring:
The entire premises is monitored by CCTV at all times.
By signing this Agreement, the Member acknowledges that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined above.
